SENIOR PROJECT DESIGNER

资深项目设计师

Requirements :

要求

1. Graduated with a Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, equivalent or higher levels

相当于或高于室内设计学士学位毕业文凭

2. Have at least 10 years working experience with 3 years in a Senior Designer position

至少具备10年工作经验，其中任资深设计师需超过3年以上

3. Has great passion in design and interaction with people

在设计与人际交往上具有极大的热情

4. Mature and self motivated to achieve targets and deadlines

具备成熟及自我激励实现目标

5. Able to manage a project from clients, consultants and the design team.

具有管理协调与项目有关的客户、顾问及设计团队的能力

6. Experienced as a team leader and is able to sustain a high spirited attitude.

作为一个团队领导经验丰富。并能保持积极的姿态

7. Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English

能流利的听说读写英语及中文能力

8. Good computer skills in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Sketchup, MS Office

能熟练使用AutoCAD、Photoshop、Sketch up及微软办公软件

Resposibilities :

1. To initiate design direction

要主导设计方向

2. Take project/s through all design phases

在整个项目设计进程中掌控项目

3. Coordinate and manage team members to produce all documentation, detail drawings, specifications, etc

协调及管理团队成员完成所有的文件，细部图纸，材料规格等

4. Quality control

质量控制

5. Carry out presentations to Clients, manage Clients and consultants

向业主展示设计简报，并协调业主及其他设计顾问

6. Maintain good relations with all parties

与各方具有良好的关系
