职位：项目经理


主要职责：
1. 会做项目预算,项目计划和项目进度.
2. 追踪项目的交付情况
3. 给设计团队提供方向和支持
4. 监督项目并持续,及时向项目各方汇报项目进行情况
5. 提交有关项目进展,存在问题和解决方案的准确报告
6. 实施和管理项目的变更使项目能够顺利进行
7. 和不同级别的设计师合作确保项目的顺利进行
8. 和其他项目顾问合作确保项目实施符合设计意图
9. 很好的处理和客户,项目顾问及酒店管理公司项目经理的关系

学历和工作经验要求
持有室内设计/项目管理专业/机械工程专业证书
至少8年以上酒店项目管理经验


技能要求:
1. 熟知工业室内设计
2. 熟知与室内设计有关的材料,家具和施工方法
3. 熟知机电和室内施工图
4. 会使用AutoCAD
5. 精通Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project
6. 面对项目计划和预算等不同的工作领域懂得区分优先次序并能够有效管理的能力
7．具有监督，领导，协调和组建团队的能力
8．具有很强的沟通能力---说，写能力
9．中，英文流利
10。良好的人际交往能力

Steven Leach Group was established in 1972 and now we have 10 offices in 9 countries with a reputation of being one of the leading international design firms in Asia. Our Shanghai office is fast growing and is looking for potential team-mates who are keen to develop their career with an expressive and stable design firm. This office provides professional services to a variety of clients in the hospitality and high-end residential projects.

Position: Project Manager


Main Tasks & Responsibilities
? Establish budget, plan & schedule project timeline
? Track project deliverables
? Provide direction and support to the design team
? Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all parties
? Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
? Implement and manage project changes to achieve project outputs
? Coordinate with various levels of designers ensure project progress
? Coordinate other consultants to ensure compliance with the design intent.
? Manage client, consultants and hotel management project managers.

Required Education & Work Experience
? Degree in Interior Design; Project Management; Mechanical Engineering
? A minimum of 8 years working experience in coordination/project management of hospitality projects


Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
? Good knowledge of the interior design industry
? Good knowledge of materials, furnishings and construction methods related to interior design.
? Good knowledge of mechanical & electrical matters and interior construction drawings
? Basic AutoCAD skills
? Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project
? Ability to prioritize and manage diverse responsibilities within the schedule and project budget.
? Have the skills to supervise, lead, coordinate and team build.
? Strong communication skills, written and verbal
? Chinese & English language capability is necessary
? Good interpersonal skills
