FF&E DESIGNER 软装设计师

We have a vacancy for a FF&E Designer / Decorator to join us in working on exciting hospitality & residential projects. The position will be based in our Shanghai office.
现空缺软装设计师，负责酒店和住宅项目设计。由上海分公司招聘。

Key Responsibilities : 岗位职责

？ Coordinate and work with the design team in the development of overall design concepts and intents for all assigned projects;
？ Produce necessary specifications, schedules and material references; approved colors, finishes, materials required into a spec book on various scales (depending on project size) to implement the design/decorating intent and to ensure that design/decorating intent is maintained;
？ Present to FF&E team leader FF&E design and Decoration presentation prior to submitting to Design Director;
？ Communicate with client/consultants/vendors on all FF&E and decoration matters;
？ Participate in FF&E and Decoration installations, when projects require
？ Carry out all above responsibilities by best controlling the timeliness of the team and necessary documentation to meet with the project(s) progress schedules.

？ 负责所有指定项目的整体设计理念及思路深化过程中，设计团队的沟通协调工作;
？ 制作必要的产品规格、时间进度及参考材料；确保因项目而变化的材料表中颜色、饰面和材料符合设计/装修目的，并确保其效果。
？ 上交设计总监审核前，向软装团队领导汇报软装设计方案。
？ 与客户/顾问/供应商沟通所有软装事项。
？ 根据项目要求，参与软装现场布置。
？ 履行以上职责，需良好的团队时间控制能力，并提交符合项目进度的必要文件。


Requirements : 职位描述
1. Good command of Mandarin & English;
2. Excellent presentation skills;
3. Proficient in FFE software, ACAD, Photoshop/InDesign, Microsoft Office;
4. Familiarity and knowledge of both traditional and contemporary style of interior materials, furnishings, accessories and art work as well as architectural materials and its application in design projects;
5. Passionate & aware of global design trends and FF&E materials;
6. At least 5 years working experience in FFE Design
7. Strong knowledge in sourcing for high-end FF&E and finishes on large & small projects
1. 良好的中英文表达能力；
2. 优秀的汇报技巧；
3. 精通软装办公软件ACAD, Photoshop/InDesign, Microsoft Office；
4. 熟悉传统和现代风格的室内材料、家具、饰品和艺术画,建筑材料以及如何在设计项目中如何运用；
5. 有工作激情，了解全球设计潮流及软装材料；
6. 至少5年软装设计经验；
7. 采购大小项目的高端软装材料。
