职位：项目经理

项目经理负责监管项目的整体施工的方向，实施，工程的进度控制，与相关各方的合作协调。


1． 能够处理好与项目相关的各方关系，确保项目按时完工并达到要求。
2． 深化，监督和管理项目进度。
3． 监督和管理项目风险。
4． 组织会议：包括确保会议按时召开，会议内容的记录和发送。
5． 准备项目状况报告和项目变更要求给设计团队，业主和顾问公司。
6． 协商和解决出现在项目区域的问题及这些问题对其他活动，系统和项目的影响。
7． 组织和主持项目小组会议。
8． 随时与项目相关各方沟通项目进展状态。

学历要求及工作经验
1． 项目管理或机电工程，室内设计相关专业大学本科以上毕业。
2． 8年以上工作经验，至少拥有从事室内设计项目管理4年以上工作经验。

技能要求：
1． 熟识室内设计和工程施工。
2． 了解MEP,并有项目成本和预算的实际工作经验。
3． 了解与室内设计有关的材料和施工方法。
4． 熟识施工图。
5． 熟识建筑系统和当地法规。
6． 会使用AutoCAD.
7． 熟练使用Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
8． 能够用中英文沟通（说，写）。
9． 良好的处理人际关系的技能。

This office provides professional design services to a variety of clients in the hospitality and high-end residential projects.

Position: Project Manager

The Project Manager is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of projects

? Engage with stakeholders，ensure project meets requirements and objectives.
? Develop, Monitor and manage the project schedule.
? Monitor and manage the project risk.
? Organize meetings; including ensuring that minutes of meeting will be taken, compiled and distributed.
? Prepare Project Status Reports and Project Change Requests the design team, client, consultants.
? Negotiate and resolve issues as they arise across areas of the project and where they impact on other activities, systems and projects.
? Organize and chair project reference group meetings, as appropriate.
? Communicate project status to all team members, and other relevant stakeholders and involved parties.

Required Education & Work Experience

? Degree or Masters in Project Management, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, Interior Design,
? A minimum of 8 years working experience with at least 4 years in project management of interior design projects.

Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
? Good knowledge of the interior design and construction industry
? Strong working knowledge of MEP and experience is producing project costs/budgets.
? Widespread knowledge of materials and construction methods related to interior design.
? Good knowledge of construction drawings
? Good knowledge of building systems and local codes
? Basic AutoCAD skills
? Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project
? Confident communication skills in English & Chinese (written and verbal)
? Good interpersonal skills
