Task:

? Management of consulting projects for international and Chinese domestic clients
? Industry focus: Automotive, aerospace, machinery/capital goods
? Functional focus in
o Production and logistics
or
o Supply chain management
or
o Customer & service processes
or
o Manufacturing strategies and/or management of large cross-functional projects, e.g. company wide optimization programs, establishment of new plants/sites
? Leading client teams, leading & developing consultant teams
? Support of client acquisition & marketing activities
? Development/improvement of project methodology, functional & industry knowledge
Requirements

? Master degree with excellent study results, e. g. business, economics, engineering, natural sciences
? Work experience
o Minimum 7 years of qualified work experience
o Minimum 4 years experience in production and logistics, or
supply chain management, or customer & service processes, or manufacturing strategies/management of large, cross-functional projects
o Minimum 4 years experience in production oriented industries, esp. automotive, aerospace, machinery
o Minimum 3 years project management experience and people management experience, consulting experience a strong plus
o Well versed at preparing and implementing change processes
? Languages & international experience
o Excellent Mandarin skills (verbally and in writing)
o Very good English skills (verbally and in writing)
o German language skills a plus
o Minimum 2 years international experience (work/study outside China)
? Excellent presenting and moderation skills, able to adequately communicate on all hierarchical levels
? Fully able to communicate openly, clearly and accurately
? Advanced analytical skills able to structure demanding problems
? Selling skills, able to find out clients' needs and formulate project proposals
? Strong motivation/commitment to the job, team player, capable to work well under pressure
? High levels of professionalism, reliability, diligence, and taking initiative
? High willingness to travel
? Start-up experience is a plus
