A key position

The Publisher Account Manager is responsible for managing relationships with our international Publishers including Ad networks, SSPs and direct publishers.

The publisher Account Manager is driving commercial activities of Avazu’s Publishers and display partners including the negotiation and the campaign management. The Publisher Account Manager is the first point of contact in relation to important managed Publishers related to Avazu’s programmatic buying strategy.

Your focus will be on building mainly supply (and on occasion demand) relationships for Programmatic.

Responsibilities of the position:

· Be responsible for existing and new Publishers performance and strategy

· Work on setup of new publishers – Send them the Ad tags to start over traffic in a specific region

· Closely follow up the Publishers revenue and eCPM generated on a daily base

· Answer publishers enquiries daily & follow-up with the action plan to increase the performance

· Business & Development to get new publishers on board

What we are looking for:

· Bachelor Degree – International study is a plus

· History of leading operations in a digital company.

· Strong communication skills with achievement in Business & Development

· Ability to show results in an international business environment.

· Excellent sales skills including ability to create and build long-term relationships

· Knowledge of the Display eco-system

· References within the digital industry.

· Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines form management.

· Highly motivated team member

· Excellent negotiation, presentation, written and verbal communication skills in English
