1. Set up and lead regional sales team to achieve sales targets and implement strategies in assigned region.

2. Working with Segment Manager, Product Manager to participate in setting down and adjusting sales solutions of products application, pricing, etc.

3. Sales Channel/Project/Key Account development and management.

4. Provide guidance to sales as accounts and business developing, negotiation, risk management etc.

5. Submit sales reports in a timely manner.

6 . Work with Marketing Team and assist management team in market analyses and sales forecasts.

7. Regularly training sales team to improve sales force and skills.

8..Assess and improve Sales team performance.

Qualifications:

1.Bachelor degree or above, major in engineering.

2.Above 10 years working experience in Sales, at least 3 years experience in sales management role position.

3.Good comprehension and communication skills, acute market insight, capabilities to analyze , judge and solve problems.

4.Strong team work spirit, able to work under pressure.

5.Self-motivated, initiative and strong sense of responsibilities.

6. Accept frequent travel.
