职位描述
Vision Textiles, an European Managed, Hk based textiles company with the head office in Shanghai, is looking for a Financial Officer
We are looking for a positive, energetic, pro-active personality, who is not only interested in accounting but likes the challenge of co-create and financially manage, with the GM an enervating textile company. Good command of Spoken and Written English is a must !
Job Responsibilities:
Finance
Responsible for accounting part for 1 HK Company, 1 import-export co China, 1 Rep Office, and Consolidated Group Accounts for 3 entities.
Lead the finance team – 1 Finance Officer, 1 Accountant.
LC document processing issues
Responsible for full accounting functions: AP/AR, bank/stock reconciliation, monitoring of fixed assets
Ensure accurate and timely financial statements, incl. Balance Sheet, P & L ,Cash flow and arrange monthly salary payments
Preparation of Cost & Income report per customer / division and discuss actions/suggestions with the management
Company Taxation and legal Issues – Preparation of tax filing and declaration, contact with competent authorities
Audit
Assist Auditor with statutory audit for the companies 3 entities
HR
Contact with authorities like CIIC/FESCO, arrange labor-contracts, offer-letters etc.
Management and Administration
In charge of management of financial part of office (financial staff, secretaries etc)
Work with IT department for financial administration issues and reports
Ad-hoc projects/tasks assigned by Managing Director
Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Finance or Accounting ,familiar with foreign trade
5+ years working experience in accounting department of Multi National Comp.
Good command of spoken and written English.
Experience with HR ,local labor laws, tax issues and LC document handling is highly appreciated
