Report to :Business application Manager
Location : Wuxi ,Or Shanghai

Function : Information system technology
-To coordinate, develop and lead the IT functions in Wuxi site
-To ensure that the programs are in place so that Information Technology can effectively support the business goals


Job Descriptions:
*Ensure day to day operational stability, reliability and integrity of information systems
? Support and maintain resolution of all production issues to achieve satisfaction with customers
? Ensure security and disaster recovery of information systems and data
? Communicate IT Policies and Procedures and ensure adherence
? Provide training to users on new and existing systems
? Analyse problems relating to current systems, advise and assist users in solutions
? Evaluate business requirements, recommend appropriate systems solutions and implement them
? Apply technical solutions to business processes
? Effectively manage the IT budgeting and actuals tracking process
? Measure IT metrics and plan improvements
? Establish and maintain communication at all levels so as to facilitate the understanding of plans and service provided
? Ensure that the necessary maintenanace contracts for HW, SW and Business Systems are effectively managed
? Strive to make project management a core competency among IT staff
? Maintain the process and control documentation, conduct SOX Management self testing & ensure compliance
? Evaluate, Understand, and Analyze Business Systems in order to resolve issues and exploit features
? Plan, Coordinate and implement System as well as business process upgrades
? Document the Business Applications as required
? Administer Users, Responsibilities and other System Resources
? Implement, Manage and Fine tune Backup and Disaster Recovery Procedures and make sure thay are followed
? Plan, Coordinate and implement System upgrades with help from DBA
? Document development processes and technical notes
? Implement software interfaces for business systems


Requirements/Qualifications:
Good Knowledge of Manufacturing Business Processes
? Good Oracle ERP Applications implementation and support experience is a must
? Sytem Analysis and Design
? Project Management
? Problem Solving
? Change Management
? Communication/Collaboration Skills
? Able to proactively forsee potential problems and perform proactive actions in advance
? Strong analytical and organizational skills
? Able to present and sell ideas
? Able to work through people
? Bachelor of Computer Science/Engineering
? Certified in Production and Inventory Management from APICS (CPIM) would be highly preferred
? 5+ years in System Analysis/Functional consulting in a multinational manufacturing/large Consulting company
? At least two years experience with Oracle Applications as a Functional Consultant
