Job Title: Quality Engineer_Industry

Main Responsibilities:

- Establish welding procedures and guidelines; monitor and audit the supplier welding process and support supplier to deliver the products according to BOA standards;
- Check and improve the welding quality at production line;
- Inspect welding quality and process at suppliers with BOA requirements; Supplier quality management in the definition and realization phase of the materials (PLM)
- Establish welding quality procedures and guidelines, and inspect products according to customer specific requirements;
- Create welding key check points based on project specific requirements and take supplier audit on welding technical assessment;
- Train internal inspector and key supplier staff on welding standard and operations;
- Set up supplier welding process improvement program and follow up and verify the execution progress; Supplier quality management during selection of supplier (Procurement) in the plant;


Qualification:

- Bachelor degree or above, majored in mechanical engineering or metal material subjects; 本科以上学历，机械工程或金属材料专业优先
- Must be able to work from complex drawings & WPS; 必须有能力读懂复杂图纸和焊接作业指导书
- Quite good at SMAW金属电弧焊; Have fluent hands-on skill on welding job and inspection; 熟练进行焊接和检验
- Familiar with ISO/TS16949; 熟悉ISO/TS16949质量体系
- Must be able well communicate; 具有良好的沟通和协调能力
- Good oral and written English; 良好的英语书面和口语能力
