SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. In charge of data entry into SAP system for all goods inbound and outbound in the daily basis. According to order requirements select batches and complete relevant documents in SAP system;

1. 日常基础负责将所有货物入库和出库数据输入到SAP系统。根据订单要求在SAP系统中选取批次，在SAP中完成相关单证的制作；

2. Assist customer service executive to handle the document collection for all inbound and outbound activities. File all documents of closed order;

2. 协助客户服务专员处理入货和出货活动的文档。对于已关闭订单整理归档；

3. To sort out and provide necessary fundamental information for daily, weekly and monthly inventory report and the order tracking report.

3. 整理和提供每天、每周、每月的库存报告以及订单追踪报告的必要基础信息。

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Senior high school level, college level is better;

1. 大专学历，本科为佳；

2. 1+ years relevant working experience (excellent fresh graduate can also be used);

2. 一年以上先关工作经验（优秀的应届毕业生也可）；

3. Computer literate in MS Office, experience in SAP are required, knowledge of warehouse management system is a plus;

3. 会使用电脑办公，有SAP系统操作经验，懂得仓库管理系统为佳；

4. Basic English reading ability;

4. 基础的英语阅读能力；

5. Precise and efficient and responsible working attitude;

5. 精确和高效、认真负责的工作态度；

6. Residence close to Seaport / Fengxian is preferable.

6. 居住在海港/奉贤附近者优先。
