Position Objectives:

Assure the highest of availability standards for the Dulwich College international Web site, the quality of written and visual content, and relevance of design and functionality.

Overview of Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage all aspects of the company's Web site written and visual content, design features and functionality, visibility (SEO) and connectivity.
- Lead the development and improvement of the Web site; develop on-going Web site improvement plans to enhance user experience, alumni outreach, and eRecruitment strategy.
- Advise, develop, and manage social media plan.
- Act as gatekeeper of written and visual content; integrate written and visual content from a variety of sources and uphold brand guidelines.
- Work with a variety of sources to generate written and visual content for the Web site; maintain banks of high-quality images and video
- Troubleshoot and debug issues that arise with the performance of the Web site; Produce code from scratch, install, alter, and fix scripts.
- Liaise between IT partners and the company to address performance issues.
- Review statistics and monitor analytics to improve the site.
- Provide support to individuals who manage the Web sites of Dulwich College international schools and high school programmes.
- Liaise with schools to address issues and optimize their Web sites, as well as, gather input to the extent that it impacts the DCI Web site, e.g., marketing, human resources.

Skills and Experience Required:
? University-level qualifications in related coursework required, e.g., Web design, development, marketing and on-line communication.
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills, English/Mandarin required
? A proven self-starter and team player
? Expertise in content management systems, e.g., WordPress
? Understanding of Web development code
? Understanding of image optimization for web; comfortable with graphic software programmes, e.g., Photoshop Paint Shop Pro, Gimp, Adobe Illustrator, Flash, etc.
? Very good knowledge of international and Chinese social media platforms and how to effectively integrate them into the Web communication strategy
? Excellent customer service skills

Dulwich College International (DCI) started operations in China in 2003, with the establishment of Dulwich College in Shanghai, a co-educational, academic institution offering education to the expatriate community, with the same educational philosophy of Dulwich College in London.
