Purpose of the role
? Manages IT services delivery and effectively maintain IT facilities
? Manages the local IT team for service excellence in a serviced office environment.
? Coordinate with regional IT teams on Services and Infrastructure projects.
Accountabilities/ Job Description
Responsibilities:
? Pro-actively deliver and maintain high quality IT services for clients’ satisfaction.
? Handle IT support and training needs of local internal teams.
? Manage IT inventory
? Manage IT vendors.
? Assist pre-sales activities with the business team
? Take part in any other regional IT initiatives as directed by the HQ.
Key Performance Indicators/Job Requirements
Primary Technical Skills
? Experience in IT infrastructure management
? Knowledge of network equipment
? Experience with Microsoft Windows, Mac and/or Linux desktop operating systems in a network.
? Knowledge in MS Office suits, Mac OS and smart devices support.
Secondary Technical Skills
? IP Telephony deployment or maintenance experience.
? Experience with Microsoft SQL Server administration and support.
Qualifications
? Higher Diploma in Computing or Bachelor Degree in Science or above
? At least 3 years of experience in team coordination and management.
? At least 5 years of experience in front line IT support in a multi-national company.
Professional Qualities
? Good command of English communication skills
? Excellent technical problem-solving and analytical ability
? Pro-active, able to anticipate and tackle potential problems
? Ability to deal with global business users at all levels
? Analytical & Conceptual thinker
Competencies
? Excellent and up to date technical skills
? Ability to work independently with good time management
? Good remote team management skills
? Good verbal and written communication
? Ability to maintain good business relationship with clients.
