工作职责：

1. 根据公司的要求给客户报价
2. 每天和客户进行邮件，电话沟通，并在需要的时候拜访客户，与客户保持良好的关系。
3. 挖掘客户的潜在货，寻找和公司的潜在合作机会。
4. 根据客户的要求申请价格
5. 处理客户的投诉和紧急事件
6. 发邮件到国外代理处询价
7. 上级交办的其他事宜

岗位要求：

1． 货代，物流或者贸易相关专业毕业，大专以上学历。
2． 有海运客服或操作经验3年以上，有INSIDE SALES经验者优先考虑。
3． 大学英语CET-4 级，能和国外代理进行业务上的邮件沟通。
4． 熟悉海运各航线的操作流程，有美加线经验者优先考虑。
5． 电脑操作熟练。
6． 善于沟通交流，有工作主动性，思路清晰、工作细心、吃苦耐劳、责任心强，具有较强的服务意识和团队精神。
