MCT Technology is a software company headquartered in Los Angeles with a R&D center in Shanghai. We are currently looking for a Lead Web Developer to join our team in our Shanghai R&D Center.

The Lead Web Developer will have advanced level hands-on Web and Mobile development skills and rich experience on leading developers to achieve challenging objectives. The Lead Web Developer will able to lead a team of 1-3 developers on framework base Web and Mobile Application projects.


Key Responsibilities:

? Work with our US based product design/requirement team to develop our new web-based products
? Responsible for working with and leading developers
? Responsible for ensuring the coding standards and qualities of the development team
? Responsible to provider development guidelines
? Ability to achieve challenging objectives by using advanced technologies meeting the defined architecture and standards.
? Ability to communicate these solutions to other members of the team both verbally and in written documentation
? Performs code-reviews and suggest best practices for automating code maintenance tasks
? Quickly develop functional prototypes/models where useful
? Perform necessary documentation, source control and defect resolution tasks
? Provide trainings to the team to ensure the development quality and efficiency


Required Qualifications:

? Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
? 5+ years experience on large scale multi-language Web Application implementation
? 3+ years hands-on development experience on C#.Net with MVC, Entity Framework, NHibernate, Web Service, SQL and MySQL
? 2+ years experience on leading web application implementation
? 1+ year experience on Mobile Application development with Android, iPhone, and Windows Phone 8 platforms
? Knowledge with latest Hardware and Software Architecture is a plus
? Certificated with MCPD, ISC or related preferred
? Strong familiarity and knowledge of cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility issues and solutions
? Excellent time management, problem solving, teamwork, and communication skills
? Experience working with a team and playing a lead role
? Detail oriented with strong follow-up skills
? Good English written and verbal communication skills
