Over all job function:
Within his/her team, manage the S&C QA policy in order to comply with customers and markets compliance of our products by driving efficient operation with suppliers, laboratories and French quality team. requirements. To manage his team and ensure quality and European/French regulation

Job responsibility:
Develop technical expertise on every item
Manage the project quality follow up
Monitor the quality process application and performance over the time and adjust it to optimize the best balance between quality, lead-time and costs
Ensure vendors and product information are well managed and identified
Manage his team and provide necessary training and guidance for his subordinates
Perform factory audit and take part in supplier opening meeting
Manage suppliers to get product improvements and certification documents.
Manage and optimize laboratories operation in order to have our products in compliance with European and French regulation.
Communicate with development team on each step of the product development.
communicate with French team to ensure product development projects are in correct status
Organize and participate the business trips with the foreign quality team.

Job requirements:
? 2 to 5-year experience in Quality field for electronic products and at least 1 year management experiences.
? Excellent product technology and manufacturing knowledge.
? Figure minded, stringent.
? Good communication and organization skills.
? Team work capability.
? Fit for a fast paced, high pressure and deadline sensitive environment.
? Flexible, the understanding of the irregular working hours is required.
? Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese. French is a plus.
? Good IT knowledge (Microsoft Office).
