职位描述
岗位职责：
1、负责编制财务管理等相关规章制度；
2、组织编制公司财务计划，并对其执行情况进行监督；
3、定期组织各项财务核算工作，编制财务报表，并做好财务报表的分析工作；
4、组织做好年度财务审计工作，按时提交审计报告；
5、组织公司的报税工作，并对项目的报税工作进行管理和监督。
岗位要求：
1、财务管理、财会等相关专业大学本科以上学历，持有会计师资格证书；
2、五年以上房地产企业财务管理工作经验，熟练掌握办公软件和财务软件；
2、熟悉财务、税务知识、有关法规和会计准则，有一定财务分析测算能力；熟悉银行业务和报税流程；精通财务核算、财务管理等财务制度和业务流程；
3、工作踏实、认真细致，责任心强，遵守职业道德，有良好的组织、协调、沟通能力和团队协作精神。
