- 协调部门总监计划及管理呼叫中心工作;
- 参与辅导和培训业务员;
- 制定任务和相关政策法律规及流程;
4. 协助总经理进行人员和场地的日常管理,确保日常运作有序进行;

1. 本科及以上学历,相关专业毕业;(正规本科)
2. 五年以上工作经验,3年以上客服管理经验;
