1 Define the industrial tool and contribute to its performance taking into account requirements for standardization, flexibility, costs, quality and safety
2 Ensure technical feasibility and fulfillment of the customer's product specifications
3 Gather and analyze the data from the customer
4 Help to achieve targets for the launch of new products: cost, quality and deadlines
5 Manage technical integration of co-developers suppliers
6 Manage the process definitions all along the development cycle
7 Responsible for identifying the environment factors for own department and area
8 Responsible for compiling the control plan of environment factors scheme

公司是法雷奥动力总成系统在中国新成立的其中三大系列产品- 发动机管理系统、空气管理系统、混合动力及电动车管理系统的中国区发展总部，集研发中心、商务中心及管理中心于一体。另有深圳电子研发团队，并且在无锡和深圳拥有现代化的生产线。

公司自2011年初成立至今，已有人员80余人，预计2011年底人数100余人，2012年底达200人。

公司目前在漕河泾开发区新漕河泾国际商务中心办公，带有小型实验设备，公司正在筹备建造拥有完善的、先进的实验设备、功能的技术中心大楼。
