1、负责管理团队的全面工作，确保团队完成各项年度目标；
2、建立专业化客服和电销团队，推进团队达到高服务品质和最佳营运效率；
3、追踪考核服务与销售各岗位工作品质和时效；
4、培养人才，建立优秀团队。
岗位要求：
1、全日制本科或以上学历，至少7年管理经验；
2、具备优秀的规划能力，善于沟通；
3、具有很强的组织协调和监督指导能力；
4、熟练运用各种办公软件。
