职位描述
To coordinate and liaise with various stakeholders to ensure organisation objectives be achieved through smooth campaign or event execution; provide office administrative support to the Manager China.
Coordination and Liaison
Coordinate with relevant parties to ensure smooth execution of projects including marketing promotion campaign, PR & Media events, famil trip, missions etc.
Provide assistance to Manager China for various reports that are required through various channels.
Assist in developing and maintaining co-operative and favourable working relationships with consumers, the tourism industry and government representatives.
Provide support to Trade Marketing Manager to prepare trade training seminars or deliver the training program to the Chinese travel industry
Accountability
· Accurate record keeping for office admin documents
· Set up and maintain efficient office filing system.
· Prepare necessary materials for various projects to ensure their smooth execution
· Liaise with all parties to ensure efficient communication for the office

EXPERIENCE AND CAPABILITIES
Successful candidate should be able to demonstrate, within the context of the position:
Sound experience in office administration environment.
Experience in setting up office procedures.
Analytical and problem solving skills.
Well developed written communication skills.
Able to plan and co-ordinate activities.
Able to work effectively with others and in a team environment.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
