The ideal candidate with be responsible for working with the company’s fashion team in assisting hosiery and legwear products developments and bulk production. The candidate will also maximize the company’s China sourcing network.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND JOB RESPONSABILITIES:
- Assist in development for all related product categories;
协助部门内所有相关产品的开发；
- Visit exhibitions or fairs to source new products or ideas;
参观展会展览，开发新的产品或创意；
- Attend exhibitions or bazaars as needed
根据需要参加展览及其他活动；
- Good knowledge of dyeing, printing techniques and hosiery equipments;
具备染色、印花、面料和针织设备的知识；
- Daily communicate / follow up with purchasing and suppliers;
与采购和供应商日常跟进交流；
- Follow up on production orders and sample orders, secure deadlines and delivery;
跟进订单，确保交期正常；
- Coordinate quality assurance and quality control together with QC team and Merchandising team;
与QC组和业务组协作，控制和保证产品质量；
- Visit factories to asses and audit their product capabilities, select qualified vendors.
拜访供应商，审核评估生产能力，选择合格的供应商

REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 3 years working experience within the field of textile, Familiar with hosiery industry is a plus;
3年以上纺织品工作经验，熟悉针织品更佳
- Excellent sourcing skills and knowledge;
优秀的采购技巧和知识能力
- Good ability to solve problems and high degree of analytical skills;
良好的分析问题和解决问题的能力
- Highly detail oriented, well organized;
较强的时间管理能力
- Capable of working independently;
能独立开展工作
- Can work under pressure and must be very aggressive in nature;
能承受较大的工作压力
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and Chinese;
优秀的中英文书面及口头沟通能力
- Team orientated, Self-disciplined and Honest;
良好的团队精神，诚实，理性，自律
- Willingness to travel and work overtime.
