4. 思维活跃，具备创新意识，作品具有原创性和创新性，能独立完稿；
5. 有很强的工作激情及创意能力，具有手绘功底及过硬的平面设计能力；
6. 具备精湛的画面表现能力，能从创意发想到制作执行全程监控；
7. 能实时获悉和掌握最新趋势和技术。

Job requirements:
1. 3 years relevant working experience in design;
2. Working conscientiously and carefully, have independent ability to fulfill art-works、good aesthetic and presentation skills as well as communication skills;
3. Participate in the brainstorming process which is according to client’s requirements, control the product quality of creative work;
4. Aggressive thinking and innovation consciousness;
5. Creativity of sketch excellent graphic design ability;
6. In charge of entire process from the creative thought of whole execution;
7. Willing to learn latest trends and technologies aggressively.
