POSITION: Intern for Asia-Pacific Supply Chain Dept.

REPORTS TO: Asia-Pacific Sourcing Manager- Indirect Materials & Logistics,

based in Shanghai.

Responsibilities

Support in data analysis and report preparation

采购数据分析和竞标 数据准备
1. Sourcing Manager dashboard data analysis;

采购KPI月报表分析处理

2. Monthly report basic data collaboration;

月度供应商数据整合

3. Ad-hoc report assistance

其他数据类分析整合
4. RFQ data preparation and result analysis& testing;

竞标数据准备和结果分析
5. Sourcing Projects implementation follow up

采购项目执行协调
6. Other jobs required by the line manager
其他工作安排
The Person:

1. Students who major in Supply Chain, logistics and economic is Preferred, better to have Strong Mathematics/Statistics background)

2. Good English both in speaking and writing

3. Be able to work in logical and structured way

4. Willing to take responsibility

5. Good MS.office skills, especially EXCEL

6. Can work 3-4 days per week for 6 months from （May to October）
