1.Manages and integrates the PM and ENG departments into one cobesive unit that works to achieve a common goal - on time delivery of programs.

2.Continually monitor and assess risks across the programs in key areas (budget,schedule,resourcing ,quality/functionality cost),communicate to the stakeholers,and coordinate mitigation activities.

3.Accountable for program teams'performance with respect to customer satisfaction,budgeting,revenue, and schedule.

4.Provide formal presentations to executive leadership and clients as needed to convey program performance, deliverables, and additional areas of opportunity based on technology and related programs/developmental activities.

5.Works with team leaders and US counterparts to assign Shanghai PM and ENG resources to support NPD and Sustaining Engineering activities.

6.Handles escalations from PM and/or ENG teams to address critical concerns involving key areas such as design,schedule,and revenue.

7.Provides milestones for each team member and their projects and proactively identifies projects that are in jeopardy.

8.Provide leadership to groups through motivation,influence,and coashing of team members-focusing on encouragement and empowerment.

9.Evaluates employess deficiencies that are preventing them form being productive team players and helps them improve.sets objectives for performance reviews and reviews with each Engineer every quarter.

10.Collaborates with global teams(US and MY) to insure program statuses are comunicated correctly and completely.

11.Maintain and consistently report grogram performance metricec,Produce a weekly report that includes project staffing,project issuse,and recovery plans.

12.Advised on Engineering Resource requirements.

13.Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

Position requirements include:

1.(MSEE/MSME)BSEE or better from an accredited school.MS or higher degree can be also considered.

2.Must have excellent Mandarin and English language skills-spoken,written,implied,technical,and conversation(slang)-demonstrated in an oral and written interview and with CET-8 certification.

3.Minimum of 7 years experience leading new product development programs involving advanced technology/electronic products.

4.Minimum of 5 years experience leading teams with both direct reports and matrixed resources.

5.Direct experience with requirements gathering,analysis,tracking,and systems engineering.

6.Product line Management experience-demonstrated ability to manage entire product life cycle form new product development through end of life.

7.Strong computer skills,highly proficient using standard PM tools including MS Office,Project ,and Outlook.
