岗位职责和权限
Job Responsibilities and Authorities

– 生产操作，包括物料管理，物流和人员管理
Production operations including material management, logistics and manpower
– 生产规划和实施
Production planning and implementation
– 监督管理所有生产线相关人员
Supervise all production related employees
– 控制库存
Inventory control
– 生产报告
Production reports
– 瓶颈分析与控制
Bottleneck analysis and control
– 根据客户需求制定生产规划和实施
Production planning and implementation meeting all customer needs
– 指导所有生产活动，包括物料和人员管理
Lead all production function activities including material management and manpower
– 按照公司的所有程序，有效地支持公司的目标
Follow all company procedure efficiently and effectively supporting company goals
– 实施持续改进系统
Implementing continuous improvement systems
– 确保有效监督下属的所有工作人员
Ensuring effective supervision of all subordinate staff members
– 监测库存量，满足企业存货政策
Monitoring inventory level and meet company inventory policy
– 对员工进行必要的培训
Conducting necessary training to staff members
– 准备所需的相关报告
Prepare relevant reports as needed
– 配合总部有关活动和有关政策的运作
To be in direct contact with H-Q Operation regarding operation related activities and policy

岗位资格
Job Qualification

学 历:
Education: – 工商管理学士学位或机械工程学位
Bachelor of Science degree in business or mechanical engineering
工作经验:
Experience: – 至少5年以上在汽车行业营运管理工作经验
Minimum of 5 years experience of operation management within the automotive industry,
– 中小型企业营运管理工作经验优先（装配运营管理优先）
small & middle company operation management within the automotive industry and assembly operations preferred
– 生产计划和实施工作经验
Experienced in production planning and implementation
– 运用ERP系统进行物料管理和物流管理活动的经验
Experienced with material management and logistics activity through ERP system
– 生产和绩效分析经验
Experienced with production and performance analysis
外语水平: – 良好的英文读写听说能力
Foreign language skills: Good spoken, read and write in English
计算机水平:
Computer skills: – 运用ERP系统进行库存控制
Familiar with inventory control through ERP system
– 熟练使用MS Office软件（Word，Excel和PowerPoint等）
Proficient with MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, etc.)
其他技能:
Other skills: – 灵活的工作时间
Flexible working hours
– 适应出差
Willing to travel
