KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES 主要职责
1.Engage the ISO 9001 system setup, train and boost the ISO 9001 system implementation throughout the organization;
参与建立、培训及推行ISO9001体系;

2.Responsible for policies, objectives and procedures of the quality system in accordance with ISO9001; Develop and improve the overall system;
根据ISO9001标准的要求，建立、维护和改进公司的质量管理流程和制度，并统筹质量管理体系工作；

3.Collect and update the related laws, policies and regulations of cold chain quality assurance, engage the product quality assurance rule setup and related SOP to ensure the product quality in the holistic cold chain to make sure the cold chain logistics operation can meet the customers’ requirement and related laws and policies;
收集并不断更新冷链物流领域内各项法律法规则，参与建立产品质量管理体系以及标准操作流程，确保在入库、出库、存储、运输、配送等冷链流程操作环节充分满足客户的品质要求以及行业相关法律法规；

4. Collect and update the related EHS laws and policies, engage the EHS system setup and monitor the implementation for the warehouse operation to meet related laws and policies under the effective coordination with local government, customer, supplier and internal warehouse operating team;
收集并不断更新行业内EHS相关法律法规，参与建立环保、健康、安全(EHS)体系，有效协调政府、客户、供应商和内部运作团队，监控各项政策法规则的有效实施；

5. Engage and organize the fire drill and emergency drill periodically under the coordination with local government to make sure all of the site staff can get the related requirement, knowledge, skills and experience;
建立并定期组织员工参与消防演习和紧急逃生演习，确保员工充分理解并掌握相关要求、知识、技能和经验；

6. Set up the database and file center regarding the EHS system, ISO 9001 system and product quality system to make sure all of the activities can be recorded and traced effectively and efficiently;
建立有关EHS,ISO9001体系的数据库和档案中心，确保所有相关文件和记录均可被有效追溯和查询；

7. Coordinate with local customs, importation agency, customer and internal site team to set up the importation, customs clearance and CIQ procedure successfully to meet some kind of customer’s requirement under the strict implementation;
与当地海关商检部门、进口代理商、客户以及内部运营团队协调，建立针对冷冻冷藏食品的进口清关程序流程，并确保该流程有效实施；

8. Regular on-site check ensure the SOP execution comply with company’s regulation and improve the efficiency of process;
定期现场检查确保SOP执行符合公司规定和提高执行的效率；

9. Manage deviation process relevant to quality assurance for each warehouse, including investigation, cause assessment, CAPA plan review, CAPA follow up, deviation report archive, relevant monthly report deliver;
每个仓库质量的偏差管理，包括偏差调查，原因评估，CAPA方案审核，CAPA实施跟踪，偏差报告归档以及相关月报整理；

10.Other tasks related to QA functions assigned by SPCS or Swire Group.
完成其他公司或太古集团布置的质量管控的相关任务。

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE 技能，知识及经
1. Bachelor Degree or above;
本科及以上文凭
2. 5-7 year working experience in QA, ISO 9001, EHS in manufacturing industry related field;
3-5年的制造行业领域内的品质管控、ISO9001、EHS等工作经验
3. Certified ISO9001 internal auditor, good knowledge of ISO9001 and familiar with related local regulations;
有ISO9001内审员证书，良好的掌握安全质量体系相关知识并熟悉当地相关法规
4. Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
良好的陈述及沟通能力；
5. Excellent oral and written communication skills both in English and mandarin;
良好的中英文口头与书面表达能力；
6. Excellent planning and organizing skills;
良好的计划和组织能力
7. Possess excellent problem solving skills
