Job requirements:

1. Deliver complete product design solution/manufacturing processes from USA & Europe plant
2. Provide design support for current production products, Interface with other engineering functions (e.g. Production, Quality, Testing) to execute product design task assigned
3. Build the technical knowledge base of engineering department, Supply technical specifications and standards training and delivery to manufacturing, Provide with technical support on product manufacturing, production line modification, and production transfer, etc.
4.Recommends product / process improvements by initiating Engineering Change Requests (ECR's) implements such improvements immediately through use of the Deviation process. Reviews engineering changes, determines cost (materials, labor, and tooling) and push changes happen in the first.
5. Build & improve the specifications for procurement, and support to improve the inspection rules with engineering requirements
6. Will be given some smaller scale projects, along with possible intermediate level projects
7. Work closely with manufacturing and project management to catch the schedule.
8. Support department leader to improve the team process and document.

Qualification
1. Bachelor or master degree in FLUID MECHANICAL or MECHANICAL ENGINEERING or EQUIVALENT
2. Familiar with the valve design and at least 5 years design experience

3. Be Good at written and spoken English
4. Familiar with Microsoft Package, Auto CAD, solidwork etc. software
5. Understand manufacturing processes used to make sheet metal, machined, cast, and forging parts preferred
