职位描述
Working location: Shanghai
Responsibilities:
1. Management level, assisting with decision maker to make the company's development strategy; be responsible for short term and long term decision-making and strategy of the company within the profession field; be influential for achieving the medium to long-term objectives of the company;
2. Responsible for business development, sales operation and can transfer the plan to the result effectively;
3. Setting sales goals, sales model, sales strategy, sales budget and incentive plan;
4. Set up and manage the sales team; standardize the sales flow and achieve the sales target;
5. Analyze sales data, fee, and market potential of new and existing distribution system or sales channels; prospect profit and loss;
6. Focus on maintaining and improving market competitiveness of the company.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above with major on Marketing, IT, and software related;
2. 5 years work experience on software field ( ERP CRM); 3 years experience as Key Accounts Product Sales Manager;
3. Experience on team building, team managing and team coordinating;
4. Capable of developing market independently with sensitive market spirit, flexible capability, leadership, and excellent skills of quick-learning, logic, and communication;
5. Be proactive, energetic, healthy, optimistic and innovative;
6. Can accept regular business trips;
7. Excellent English practical skill; familiar with CRM market is prior.
