职位描述

Job Responsibilities工作职责:


1.Attend all the meetings which the GM is necessary to attend. Be responsible for all kinds of meeting records and follow up the relevant issues.

参加总经理出席的各种会议,并负责会议纪要的记录及跟踪落实;

2.Be responsible for the visa, invitation letters, hotel and air-ticket reservation for the inter group visit and or other abroad customers.

负责关联方之间互访及其他国外客人的签证、邀请函、酒店机票预订事宜;

3.Be responsible for external contact and reception work.

负责公司的对外联络和接待工作。

4.Assist the Manager to organize, coordinate meeting and company-level activities, organize and plan various kinds of employee activities, such as annual meeting, outing etc.;

协助上级组织、协调各项会议及公司层面活动,组织策划年会等各类活动;

5.In charge of daily administration jobs, formulate admin department work plan, initiative monitor office administrative works and logistics;

全面负责办公室日常的行政工作,制定行政部门工作计划,主动监督办公室的行政事务及后勤工作;

6.Assist the manager to perfect and perform Administrative Regulations, work flows, business forms;

协助上级建立健全行政管理制度、工作流程、数据表格等,并贯彻执行;

7.Assist to make the admin budget, control and monitor the cost outlays and fulfill related administrative cost report;

协助行政预算的编制,控制和监督预算支出,完成行政费用等相关报表;

8.In charge of company security, warehouse and stationery management, monitor the use and maintenance of facilities.

负责公司安全管理、仓库管理、文具管理等;监督办公区内行政负责的设施的使用与维护;

9.In charge of managing the company and the sales contract;

负责管理公司合同和销售合同;

10.Deal with all the affairs appointed by the GM, keep communication with GSO.

处理总经理交办的各种日常事项,及与总部的各项业务联络与沟通

11.In charge of renew, maintain and management of business license etc.

Job Requirements岗位要求:


1.Bachelor Degree, Admin management, business administration or English related major;

大学本科, 行政管理或管理类专业;

2.CET-6 above, good command of English both in written and spoken;

大学英语六级以上,熟练的书面及口头英语表述能力;

3.More than 5 work experience, and at least 2 years related admin management experience;

5年以上工作经验,至少2年以上行政管理相关工作经验;

4.Strong organize and coordinate ability, good communicate and execute skills;

有较强的组织协调、沟通和执行能力;

5.Have the sense of optimization and prioritization of tasks, detail and result oriented;

结果和细节导向,具有优化工作和流程的意识;

6.Good command of PC skills, especially Microsoft Office Software;

良好的计算机应用能力, 尤其是擅长office 办公软件

7.Good interpersonal skills in working context, understand the multi-cultural knowledge and different values.

良好的人际交往能力,了解多元文化及价值观差异。

8.Good image and appetency as well as etiquette manners.

形象气质佳,有亲和力及较好的礼仪修养

9.Ability to work under pressure.
