Main Responsibility:

1.Be proficient at the Manitowoc FSG supplier quality system and PPAP procedure. Align the Asia Sourcing quality standard, process and method to one the global ones.

2. Conduct the new supplier assessment and prepare the report which is a critical documentation for new supplier selection. Follow the supplier improvement actions and verify the action results.

3. Conduct annual supplier quality audit to the key supplier and follow up the improvement actions. Raise timely the risks from supplier to trigger risk management and influence the supplier strategy.
Drive continuous supplier quality improvement by providing training, education and other quality improvement measurements.

4. Handle the OC quality complainment and supplier parts defect case. Drive supplier to complete 8D, especially finding root cause and formulating improvement plan. Follow up the improvement through completion.

5. Support the Commodity team to complete the sourcing PPAP job from quality perspective, especially pushing to have the supplier Control Plan, Inspection Process etc in place.

6. Prepare monthly KPI report and drive supplier performance at the QCD (Quality, Cost and Delivery) meeting.

7. Maintain the Quality master data for the Asia Sourcing team.

8. Other tasks from management team.

Quailification:

1. Bachelor's Degree, 3~5Y related experience in quality.

2. completed academic study and QA specific additional qualification. Certified Quality Engineer will be a plus.

3. Experienced in an international working environment

4. Business fluent English skills

5. Proficient in MS-Office applications

6. Having capability in self motivation, own initiative, ability to work in a team

7. knowledge about Lean Management and/or SixSigma are plus

8. Best to have IPO/ GPO experiences.

The location is Shanghai, Xuhui district, Crane office
