The Audience on Demand Associate Manager/Supervisor of Analytics oversees the data management and report design, trains AOD analysts and Activation on how to best use the reports, and evaluates new data needs and outputs. This highly motivated, detail-oriented, and self-motivated individual supports the AOD needs:
? Data Management – collaboration with internal and external teams to build and sustain scalable solution for handling all data needs
? Reporting & Dashboards – design and build of appropriate reports used for planning, monitoring, quality control, performance reporting, optimizing, and insights
? Relationship Building – collaboration with client teams to learn their data needs, evaluate, and build reporting solutions
? Custom Analysis – supporting AOD Marketing, Account Managers, and Brand Relations teams in production of program recaps and develop of case studies
? Report Strategy and Process – collaborating with internal AOD teams to continue to build out analytics discipline as foundation of each campaign management decision, including leading team analysts in their development

The ideal candidate is required to have knowledge in standard data management and reporting tools, such as Excel, Access, and SQL, and familiarization with digital platforms such as Doubleclick DART, Atlas, or similar campaign management systems. Must have experience with both digital campaign management and optimization. Prior experience within demand side platform landscape is a plus.

Responsibilities:
? Support the analytics practice within the Audience on Demand Services team, through management of the analytics practice within data management and data analysis
? Evaluate needs and design scalable data and reporting solutions that supports client and internal team needs
? Evolve data visualization working closely with developer
? Design new reporting templates that drive AOD revenue through optimization or reduce risk in manual campaign management
? Lead in 3rd partner integration and alignment: syndicated research, data verification, 3rd party ad servers, data partners
? Build relationships with Publicis agency teams/clients to build trust on our reporting and optimization strategy


Minimum Qualifications:
? 4-year college degree, preferably in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
? 2+ years of media reporting and analytics
? 1+ years of experience in DoubleClick DFA, Doubleclick Dart Search, Atlas DMT, and/or similar digital platform tools preferred
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office solutions, particularly Excel, Access, and Powerpoint
? SQL experience preferred
? Strong analytical thinking and mathematical skills and strong attention to detail
? Excellent interpersonal communication and writing skills
? Ability to organize and manage detail work communicate project status effectively to all levels
? Travel required, approximately 10% of time
