Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the realization of excellent HR management in local business and proactively drive organizational development
• Serves as a consultant to management, organization unit, employees on Human Resource related issues
• Ensure compliance with local law and regulatory requirements
• Supports and implements HR strategy as well as functional HR initiatives within the global and local framework

Tasks:

• Analyze, influence and implement HR solutions that address key business needs (e.g. Compensation Management, Performance Management)
• Supports and consults local business on organizational design and development issues
• Proactively supports the business in identifying the needs with regard to e.g. Workforce Planning
• Acts as talent scout and supports a sustainable Talent Pipeline (internal & external)
• Key HR point of contact for the management and employees
• Sparring partner for the leaders and functional management
• Ensure implementation of human resources policies and procedures
• Ensure governance of local practices are compliant with local law, regulatory requirements as well as corporate guidelines

• Previous experience in manufacturing is highly preferred
