1. Support Managing Director's daily work including schedule
arrangement, e.g. meeting arrangement, travel arrangement. Keep track of the work till the work done.
2. Collect and analyze information concerning business and prepare presentation and meeting materials for Managing Director.
3. Assist Managing Director to coordinate department heads to drive cross functional projects and tasks to make sure on time delivery.
4. Keep effective internal and external communication.
5. Take care of other tasks delegated by Managing Director.


Requirements:

1.Bachelor Degree or above,excellent Shanghainese will be a plus
2.Excellent English in both speaking and writing;
3.Good communication and interpersonal skill;
4.Good time management and able to prioritize duties and manage multiple projects;
5.Patient and work independently and apply knowledge quickly.
6.Strong driving force and good follow up;
7.Able to work under high pressure.
