岗位职责：
1、 负责各班级的日常事务管理工作；
2、 了解学员的思想动态，保持与讲师的交流互动，帮助学员解决学习中遇到的问题；
3、 组织学员的交流、研讨及班级活动；
4、 对教学质量和学员满意度进行调查分析，协助持续进行改善；
5、协助做好部门内部行政支持性工作；
6、建立、保持与就业单位良好的合作关系，负责推荐学员的就业工作；
7、上级领导交办的其他工作。
岗位要求：
1、大专及以上学历，教育学、心理学、管理学等相关专业；
2、1年以上教学或教务管理相关工作经验，热爱教育事业；
3、具备游戏、CG行业相关知识；
4、优秀的协调沟通能力,具有较强的细节捕捉与心理观察能力，并愿意与学生交流、保持良好关系；
5、工作严谨细致，责任心强、亲和力好，具有较强的抗压能力；
6、熟练使用办公软件以及办公自动化设备。
