职位描述
工作职责：
(1) 组织召开质量部周会；
organize weekly department meeting
(2) 日常验货工作安排/协调；
arrange and coordinate daliy inspection work
(3) 质量工程师验货资料审核（图纸、技术资料、质检方案）；
check QC's inspection document( drawing,technology file,quality assessment)
(4) 处理质量工程师现场反馈的质量问题；
handle on-site feedback from QC of quality problem
(5) 检验报告、材质报告、产品质量保证书的跟进；
follow up the inspection report,material certification,product quality guaranty
(6) 新项目启动会的参与和质检方案的制作（铸造、锻造、机加工）；
participate in the meeting of new sample and make quality assessment(casting,forging,machining)
(7) 关键产品检验指导书、质检方案的制作（铸造、锻造、机加工）；
make the inspection instruction of key parts and quality assessment(casting,forging, machining)
(8) 审核《产品最终检验报告》，并决定产品能否放行；
check Final inspection report and judge if it is ok for delivering
(9) 参与供应商的选择和评估；
participate in the selection and evaluation of supplier
(10)质量工程师《质检方案》的审核；
check the quality assessment by QC
(11)参与并支持客户投诉讨论会议；
suport and take part in the customer claim discussing meeting
(12)质量工程师的培训；
training QC
(13)质量工程师的业绩评估；
evaluate the outstanding achievement of QC
(14)落实检验指导书的执行；
carry out the inspection instruction
(15)编写常用材质化学成分和机械性能对照表；
compile the regular material certification and mechanical capability comparison
(16)完成总经理交待的其它事项。
fulfill other proceeding by general manager
任职资格：
1． 机械类专业大专以上学历；
technological academy or above degree in Mechanism
2． 了解机械加工工艺，有机械零部件、铸件及金属冲压件等质量检验方面的经验；
understand mechanical process , experience in casting ,metal punching and so on
3． 熟悉各种量具、检具，能看懂机械零件图纸；
familiar with all kinds of gage, and fixture, read the drawing of mechanical parts
4． 具备独立建立质量控制和质量管理体系的能力；
independent ability of quality control and quality management
5． 有相关贸易行业质量管理经验优先考虑；
the quality manage experience of relevant trading industry is a plus
6． 长期从事质量管理工作，并熟悉ISO9001；
long-time experience in management position or above , Knowledge of ISO9001 standard.
7． 计算机应用娴熟。
