职位职能: 运营管理总监
岗位职责：
1.负责公司的运营管理，对接市场流通产品（基金、资管等）的采购上线和产品销售进度紧密跟踪；
2.负责制定部门的服务流程及规范，人员培训，团队建设；
3.指导，监督，员工绩效管理及激励；
4.在符合优质服务的目标下，确保呼叫中心的资源做最有效的利用；
5.负责部门内、外的协调沟通工作；
6.协助部门领导完成其他各项工作。

任职资格：
1.本科以上学历，具备5年以上呼叫中心管理工作相关经验；
2.较强的沟通、管理、协调能力，乐于创新；
3.具有优良的服务洞察力和敬业精神；
4.良好的学习能力；
5.具备良好自我情绪管理能力。
