职位描述
Responsibilities:
- Help customers to plan meeting/events
- Understand customers' requirements and quickly draft proposal to customer
- Communicate with customers in timely manner and request feedback
- Once proposal confirmed, lead team to leverage resources and finalize execution plan
- Monitor and follow up implementation, helping team members to solve unexpected problems
Qualifications:
- About 5 years experiences with professional MICE companis in Shanghai or Beijing
- Excellent communication skills with enterprise customers
- Experience of leading team will be a plus
- Fluent English is a must
- Familiar with MICE process and comprehensive data-base about supporting resources for MICE
- Attention to details; Proactively guding team execution; but NOT aggressive when client-facing
