1、 负责公司营销推广方案策划、产品营销策略策划，以及公司电商平台推广活动规划、实施以及内容运作；
2、从客户需求出发，完成站内活动策划，提升站内转化率（有效咨询率、成交转化率以及会员注册率等指标）；
3、配合前端推广部门完成外部营销推广、媒体投放、线上合作等渠道的营销方案策划；
4、配合后端销售承接部门以提升销售转化率为目标，完成营销工具包的策划；
5、口碑营销策划及执行。
任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，广告学、市场营销及金融相关专业优先；
2、有营销策划方面2年以上相关工作经验，有金融行业经验者优先；
3、出色的文案写作能力、创意能力和策划能力；执行力强；
4、很强的口头和书面表达、演示能力；
5、思维敏捷、逻辑缜密，善于通过严谨的分析判断解决复杂问题。

附注：
1、优秀房产中介、保险经纪人、直销客户经理可申请兼职或渠道合作，待遇提成丰厚。
