职位描述:
岗位职责：
1、制定基金产品营销具体方案和销售计划，尤其注重在线销售工作计划；
2、对市场需求进行分析、根据公司营销战略分解并完成自己的营销目标；
3、负责销售计划的实施以及各项销售指标的完成；
4、客户关系的开发、维护、联络、跟踪管理；
5、负责销售工作的日常沟通、协调、培训等工作，收集各种相关业务信息，并及时反馈公司；
6、负责协助处理客户遇到的各种问题；
7、完成上级安排的其他工作。

附注：
1、优秀房产中介、保险经纪人、直销客户经理可申请兼职或渠道合作，待遇提成丰厚。
2 、申请全职人员则优先录用。

任职资格：
1、金融学及相关专业，本科学历，两年及以上工作经验，有基金从业资格优先；
2、有电子商务方面的销售管理经验优先；
3、优秀的沟通能力、客户影响力、谈判能力，对市场、行业具备敏锐的洞察力，良好的组织实施和团队协作能力；
4、良好的文字撰写能力；
5、出色的开拓精神和服务意识，能够承受一定的业绩压力。
