1、 负责客服团队建设；根据公司各项业务开展要求，安排客服作业；
2、 负责建立、制定公司客服内部工作流程、规范、话术和管理制度，并监督执行，确保客服质量；
3、 负责制定涉及质检的各项流程和制度；
4、 负责产品存续期服务工作，公司客户投诉处理；
5、 负责公司会员服务并将会员意见汇总整理后反馈给相关部门；
6、 客服CRM系统的技术开发推进。

任职资格：
1、本科及以上学历，市场营销、公共关系、行政管理等相关专业为佳；
2、金融行业本岗位相关工作经验五年以上，有管理团队的经验；了解客户服务管理流程，能够承受较强的工作压力；
3、具备对公司销售各类产品的有效整合能力，及时应对各项客诉事件；
4、具有极强的沟通能力及客户服务意识；
5、具有良好的亲和力及积极的工作态度，热爱本职工作。
