1. GENERAL DUTIES: 主要职责
i. Assists the Revenue Manager in the day-to-day operation in such a manner as to bring into effect the high degree of service and efficiency throughout the Reservations department
在预订部日常的运作中协助收入经理,以达到高效率高质量的服务
ii. Oversees and supervises the overall performance of the department to ensure all daily tasks and duties are completed on time
监控和督导整个部门的运作和表现,使所有工作按时完成
iii. Develops, organizes and implements on-the-job training to Reservations Agents
为预订部员工开发,组织和实施工作培训
2. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: 职责和方法
i. Be knowledgeable about hotel room status, inventory, promotions, facilities and different services offered throughout the hotel
全面了解饭店客房情况,推广活动,整个饭店的设施设备及服务
ii. Communicates to Reservations Agents current sales strategy, promotional efforts and other hotel activities
与预订人员沟通销售战略,促销活动及其它饭店活动
iii. Oversees and supervises the overall office performance as well as individual Reservations Sales Agents’ performance
监督管理整个办公室及每名员工的工作
iv. Monitors staffing requirements including the workload of individual reservation associates and co-ordinates Reservations Sales Agents’ roaster
密切关注员工要求,包括注意预订部每位员工的工作量及员工排班
v. Reviews the expected arrival report daily
每日在电脑中查看预计抵达客人报表
vi. Follows up on current month group rooming list
跟催当月抵达团队名单
vii. Ensures commission requests are followed up
确保有人跟进佣金事宜。
viii. Controls rate programs such as open/close for Reservations Sales Agents to sell after cut-off days or in excess of allotment
控制价格结构,例如:过截止时间后,或超过已定配额时有权打开或关闭价格系统
ix. Prepares monthly production reports and distributes to appropriate parties
打印每月售房报表,并负责分发给相关人员
x. Ensures all reservations are thoroughly reviewed for accuracy prior to guest’s arrival.
在预订客人到达之前,确保全面检查所有的预订
xi. Monitors room sales based on rate strategies to increase revenues
在价格战略的基础上,控制房间的销售以增加收入
xii. Takes care of the department in the absence of Revenue Manager

xiv. Updating the Reservations Manual

xv. Implements inventory control and selling strategies.

xvi. Monitors group reservation activities.
管理团队预订活动
xvii. Reviews all arrivals on tight periods to minimize unexpected "wash" or cancellations
在酒店房间紧张的情况下,查阅所有的预计抵达报表,以最大限度避免意外的“洗房” 和订房取消
xviii. Monitors call handling to maximize opportunities in upwelling
监督电话的接听,以最大限度地抓住机会上升销售
xix. Assists any associates in his/her job performance, when required, to ensure uest satisfaction
如果需要,帮助任何其他员工提高工作表现以使客人满意
xx. Carries out other tasks as directed by immediate superior
完成 直接上级交代的其他任务
xxi. Analyses, evaluates and improves personal performance on a continual basis

i. Reports directly to Revenue Manager.

6. REPLACEMENT AND TEMPORARY MISSION 替代和临时职责
i. Must be ready and responsible when assigned to other positions as may be required by the Director of Sales
随时准备完成销售总监安排的工作,并对此负责。
