Responsible for delivery of the Customer requirement on an hourly/daily basis. Ability to balance the process based on performance feedback

Responsible for managing key metrics to measure quality and quantity of performance. Ability to analyse data to assist in driving good decision making. Ability to report findings to the appropriate audience

Responsible for ensuring procedures are adhered to. Build quality behavior into the process

Create and implement continuous improvement environment

Vendor management

1.

Diploma degree or above in logistics or operation management related disciplines preferable

2.

Min 5-year experience in logistics, preferably with at least 2-year experience in supervisory position

3.

Familiar with warehouse operations and WM system. Experience in bonded warehouse and customs affairs is an advantage

4.

Self-motivated, independent, good communication skill and be able to work under pressure

5.

Fair command of written and spoken Chinese and English
