职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. Works with the Greater China QMR to establish, implement and maintain the IMS and other quality programs.
2. Reports at regular intervals on the performance of the IMS, its effectiveness, adequacy and suitability.
3. Leads and be supported by a quality team, supervises and further develops the Management System (MS).
4. Provides advice & support, devise action plans regarding MS establishment, development, evaluation and monitoring.
6. Reviews and develops documentation in line with the directives of: a.TÜV SUD Group Corporate Quality Representative (CQR); b.TÜV SUD Asia Pacific QMR; c.TÜV SUD Greater China QMR.
6. Supervises the preparation, revision and distribution of the general documents of the certification body affiliated with the corporate support unit for certification.
7. Coordinates and supervises accreditations and certifications, responsible for preparing for and receiving audits and assessments from external orgs, including accreditation bodies and government authorities.
8. Plans, supervises and coordinates the conduct of internal audits/control systems
9. Implements and initiates employee induction and training in the Management System and promotes awareness of customer requirements.
10. Processes system-related complaints/customer feedback and monitors or drives appropriate corrective and preventive actions to improve the Management System.
11. Assists the Management in the preparation, conduct and report preparation of Management Reviews.
12. Passes on positive customer feedback to the employee's supervisor.
13. Any other duties assigned by the Managing Director.
Requirements:
1. Fluent in local language.
2. Advanced level of English.
3. Good communication skill.
4. Experience in establishing and maintaining of quality systems in line with ISO 9001 and / or ISO/IEC 17025.
5. 3 or above years of experience as a Lead Auditor for MS.
