职位描述：
负责大型景观项目的方案主创及总体控制；
负责审核和把控各区域公司的设计质量；
负责研发景观设计新方向和新技术，拓展设计视野，提高公司设计水平；
基本要求：
要求有10年以上境内或境外大型景观设计公司作为设计总监或主设计
师的工作经验；
管理组织能力强；
出色的方案创作和创新能力；
优秀的方案汇报能力以及沟通技巧
丰富的设计及操作大型综合性景观项目的工作经验，能承担大型房地产景观的创意和设计，并把握最终效果；
具备国际前沿的景观设计方法和能力；
外籍或有国外工作经验者优先；
Position Functions:
- Management of large-scale landscape projects as Chief designer and overall design leadership
- Audit and supervise from all regions of design quality
- Develop new trends and technology, to expend horizons and enhance the company’s standards
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience at home or abroad in wide-ranging companies
- Strong presentation and report development skills
- Remarkable management ability
- A recognized design talent and innovation capacity
- Have rich design styles and large-scale comprehensive landscape project experience, be capable to shoulder the large-scale real-estate landscape design, and fulfill the ultimate effect
- An international efficient landscape design frontier
Foreigner or overseas work experience is preferred.
