工作职责：
1、负责客户PC及部分办公设备的日常维护及管理，包括PC、MAC、打印、传真及扫描设备等；
2、维护桌面系统的正常运行，包括操作系统，Office软件，邮件客户端，防病毒软件等；

任职要求:
1、计算机或IT相关专业；
2、了解企业IT服务流程与规则，具有1－2年相关工作经验优先；
3、熟悉域环境下Windows XP、Windows 7等客户端操作系统安装，配置和故障排查；熟悉Outlook for Exchange的安装，配置和故障排查；
4、掌握企业网络的基本应用，包括Office软件、防病毒、打印等各项应用的使用和故障排除;
5、英语读写熟练，良好的学习能力。
