职位描述
Responsibilities:
?Understand and specify Asian market needs with a strong focus on China.
?Develop business plans for various product lines to capture business opportunities.
?Secure drive of projects for adaptations, development and localization of products.
?Give Asian input to global product plans.
?Promote and position new products.
?Support regionalization mid-market products in Asia with Sanitary segment.
?Set recommended customer and transfer prices for China. Motivate, train and support sales force.
?Monitor Asian market trends and competitors.
?Establish forecast of especially important products for China to China Operations.
?Secure that sales and marketing tools are suitably adapted and used
Requirements:
?Substantial experience from sanitary marketing and/or product experience.
?Good product and application knowledge of Fluid Handling products
?Project management experience
?Experience from Asia markets and their product demands is highly appreciated.
?Used to work in a matrix organization. Personal qualifications
?Result driven & looking at the bottom line.
?Team-worker with strong communication and networking skills.
?Ability to perform independently, take initiative and drive questions across the organization.
?Able to work in a structured way while maintaining flexibility.
?Strategic perspective, provides directions and sets targets/objectives
?Cross cultural awareness and interest
?Fluent in written and spoken English.
You will be based in our Shanghai office and report to the Manager Product Management FHP in matrix with the Manager PC Asia. Estimated 80 travelling days per year.
