We are looking for a Product Manager for Air Heat Exchangers for Asia to drive this business in the product dimension toward our ambitious growth targets. You will be like a 'spider in the web' working together with our sales force in Asia, the Business Center in Italy and with our manufacturing units.

Responsibilities within the Air Heat Exchanger product range in Asia
--Sales and marketing tools required for our sales force to realize the growth targets
--Regional product pricing
--Forecasting to manufacturing.
--Monitor market and competitors and bring knowledge to global Business Center
--Identify Asian market needs
--Input on product strategy and new product development
--Execute product implementations and launches in Asia.

Experience
--At least three years product and/or marketing experience from Refrigeration industry
--Good product and application knowledge of Air Heat Exchangers
--Working in projects and managing project
--Financial knowledge of product positioning and pricing
--Sales channel management
--Used to work in large and/or international companies

You will be based in our Shanghai office and report to the Product Centre Asia manager with matrix reporting to the global Product Manager in Italy. You can expect to receive full support and training to achieve our ambitious growth targets.
