Responsibilities:
· To update receiving list once a day to colleagues.
· To ensure AR record exactly and timely.
· To issue internal D/N and C/N before the month end(or according to AL Netting schedule).
· To complete inter-co' A/R reconciliation within 3 working day.
· To complete IGM D4R confirm according to internal report requirement.
· To assign new customer according to financial control policies, and maintain customer master (update customer information).
· To prepare for account analysis of job related account.
· Any other duties that are assigned to you by your immediate supervisor from time to time.

Competencies/ Profile:
Service minded, patient, matured, professional, accurate, responsible and dedicated. Well communication skill to work within big team on back office.

Qualifications & experience:
1. Excellent numerical and communication skills
2. Able to display high levels of trust, reliability and confidentiality.
3. Able to work under pressure.
4. College degree, accounting major preferred
5. 2+ years related experience in Multi-national companies.
6. Fluent in both spoken and written English (preferred but not demanded)
7. Good command of MS office applications(Excel & Word);
