职位描述:
岗位职责：
1、参与呼叫中心架构分析与方案制定；
2、负责初步的需求分析或协调其他分析人员进行需求分析；
3、负责确保项目目标的实现，领导项目团队准时、优质地完成全部工作；
4、全程参与需求分析、应用架构设计，组织并参与核心业务逻辑的制定；
5、定项目开发计划文档，量化任务，分配任务并监督和指导组员完成工作。

任职资格：
1、本科以上学历，计算机、IT相关专业；
2、4年以上相关工作经历；
3、诚信，乐观，积极主动，良好的沟通技能，团队合作能力；
4、工作认真细致，可以按时高质量的完成工作；
5、良好的心理素质，能够承受较强的工作压力，可以适应快节奏的工作环境；
6、有电销行业工作经验优先。
